- Consists of the Principal Advisor and ALL Associate Advisors.
- Membership is critical to success, so every care should be made to select wisely.
The Principal Advisor assumes a leadership role, while the Associate Advisor(s) provide added breadth of opinion, multidisciplinary knowledge and technical skill. While the Principal Advisor and Associate Advisor(s) should retain these roles for the duration of the candidature, circumstances can arise that necessitate change. More often than not these changes are limited to the Associate Advisor(s), although on rare occasions they can involve the Principal Advisor. As any changes to the Advisory Team can be disruptive to the candidate they must be approved by the UQ Graduate School.
The Principal Advisor can nominate any changes to the Advisory Team (online via Pebbles Senior). Prior to nominating any changes it essential that the candidate, the Principal Advisor and the nominee(s) agree to the proposed changes.
